Most orders are shipped the same or next business day (does not include weekends or holidays) from the time that we receive payment. We will notify you via email once your order has shipped and provide you with tracking information for your package on US orders. We will ship First Class Mail via USPS which generally carries a 2-5 day transit time dependant on your location. Please consider these factors and allow adequate time to receive your package. We ask that you wait at least 10 days before contacting us to allow adequate time for delivery.

For Liability reasons local pick up at our facility is not available. Regardless if you live in an area in close proximity to our location we will still be required to ship your order.

Our normal customer service hours are from 9:00am to 5:00pm CST, Monday through Friday. We provide limited service on weekends and holidays. Your email correspondence will generally be responded to same day or next day although delays may exist on weekends and holidays.
